智通财经APP获悉，思考乐教育(01769)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.46%，报5.08港元，成交额2766.68万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所披露的文件，12月17日，富达国际增持思考乐教育53.6万股普通股股份，价值约265.84万港元。值得注意的是，富达国际近两个月连续增持思考乐教育，持股比例由11月初的4.87%提升至12月17日的8.05%。
光大证券指出，随着行业出清，行业竞争格局改善，龙头盈利情况逐步恢复（格局优化下龙头网点利用率和教师排课率逐渐提升)，行业至暗时刻已过。24 年龙头企业收入较快增长和利润率改善的确定性较高，后续仍需继续关注政策走向。建议关注思考乐教育等。
