Digital Core REIT Issues Units for Fee Payments

Digital Core REIT (SGX:DCRU) issued 1,230,208 acquisition fee units and 3,470,174 management fee units, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Acquisition fee units were issued at $0.6107 per unit as payment of the acquisition fee earned for the 15.1% acquisition in a facility in Frankfurt, Germany.

Management fee units were issued at $0.4736 apiece as payment for 100% of the base fee component of management fee from April 1, 2023, till June 30, 2023.

Following the issuance of the new units, the manager's unitholding in Digital Core REIT is 20,660,907 units, representing approximately 1.589% of the total number of issued units in the REIT.
