ISDN Holdings (SGX:I07, HKG:1656) completed the liquidation of its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Servo Dynamics, on Dec. 23, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The unit was liquidated as the company aims to focus on corporate structure and boost simplicity, the filing said.
ISDN's Singapore shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
