消息面上，康宁杰瑞制药午间宣布，HER2双特异性抗体偶联药物（ADC）JSKN003获国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）药品审评中心（CDE）同意开展一项Ⅲ期临床研究（研究编号：JSKN003-306），用于对比研究者选择化疗治疗铂耐药复发性上皮性卵巢癌、原发性腹膜癌或输卵管癌。
JSKN003是康宁杰瑞利用特有的糖基定点偶联平台自主研发的HER2双抗ADC，目前在澳大利亚和中国的多项临床研究正在顺利进行，研究结果显示了良好的耐受性和安全性，在既往经多线系统性治疗后的多种晚期实体瘤中疗效明显。
