ISDN Holdings (SGX:I07) will put its Chinese indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Servo Dynamics, under members' voluntary liquidation, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The liquidation is part of the group's strategic focus to simplify its corporate structure.
Shares of the specialized engineering solutions company were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
