智通财经APP获悉，金风科技(02208)早盘跌近6%，截至发稿，跌4.03%，报6.66港元，成交额2422.68万港元。
消息面上，金风科技公告，股东和谐健康自公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，以集中竞价方式减持不超过4182.84万股，占剔除回购股份数后公司总股本的1%。减持原因为自身经营需要，减持价格将根据减持时的二级市场价格确定。截至公告披露日，和谐健康持有公司4.86亿股，占剔除回购股份数后公司总股本的11.6209%。
此外，金风科技近期公布，向Atmos Cwt Pty Ltd转让牧牛山控股100%股权，后者持有牧牛山项目20%股权，现金代价9,930万澳元。所得款项将用于偿还贷款及补充流动资金。
