智通财经APP获悉，草姬集团(02593)再跌超10%，低见2.75港元较招股价已破发26%，该股12月19日上市当天收涨逾10%，此后连续四个交易日下挫，累计跌幅超三成。截至发稿，跌10.13%，报2.75港元，成交额853.05万港元，总市值蒸发至3.67亿港元。
据悉，草姬集团是扎根香港超过二十年的多元化保健品及美容与护肤品供应商，采用多渠道销售模式，专注于开发、销售及营销自有品牌产品。目前，草姬集团合共经营八个自有品牌。2021年至2023年，草姬集团的营收分别约为1.89亿港元、2.08亿港元、2.51亿港元；净利润分别约为2318.1万港元、2797.2万港元、3950.2万港元。毛利率分别为71.99%、71.91%、73.82%。
产品方面，草姬集团的产品组合包括50款保健品、21款美容与护肤品及两款宠物保健品。其中，保健品的收入占比高达九成。值得一提的是，草姬集团的前身是新英美克斯，1999年由TVB港星郭晋安和姐姐郭致因，连同一名独立第三方（后于2000年10月退出）创办。
