北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）12月26日，北京商报记者注意到，瑞众人寿保险有限责任公司（以下简称“瑞众保险”）近日发布关于举牌龙源电力H股股票的信息披露公告表示，该公司于2024年12月20日买入龙源电力H股426.2万股，涉资2909.312万港元。 据悉，参与上述举牌后，瑞众保险持有龙源电力H股5.01589亿股，占该上市公司H股股本的15.12%，再次触发举牌。（文章来源：北京商报）
