China Resources Power (HKG:0836) agreed to renew its energy agreement with China Resources (Holdings) for another three years, from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the renewed agreement, the company will procure natural gas, labor services like drivers, cleaning, chefs, front desk, security, and information technology products and services from China Resources (Holdings).
At the same time, the company will provide power supply and other comprehensive energy services to China Resources (Holdings) for the same duration.
The company also agreed to renew its strategic cooperation with China Resources Bank of Zhuhai following which, the company will continue to procure deposit, commercial banking, and other financial services from the bank for another three years, from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2027.
