【金固股份：签署5000万元股票回购增持贷款合同】金十数据12月26日讯，金固股份公告，公司与中国建设银行杭州富阳支行签署《股票回购增持贷款合同》，建行富阳支行将为公司提供5000万元人民币的贷款资金专项用于公司回购股份。公司于2024年11月28日召开的公司第六届董事会第九次会议审议通过了《关于回购公司股份方案的议案》，同意使用公司自有资金及股票回购专项贷款资金以集中竞价方式回购公司股份，回购的股份拟用于实施股权激励计划或员工持股计划。本次回购的资金额度不低于人民币3000万元，不超过人民币6000万元，回购股份价格不超过人民币17.19元/股。
