2024年12月27日，公司召开第八届董事会第二十五次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任高级管理人员的议案》，董事会一致同意聘任张辉担任公司总裁职务，履行《公司章程》规定的相关权利和义务，任职期限自本次董事会审议通过次日起至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
