格隆汇12月26日｜尽管由于股市的繁荣，美国上市公司的首席执行官在今年获得了历史性的薪酬奖金，但与此同时，管理层的动荡似乎也正变得愈发频繁——业内统计显示，年内迄今美国上市公司的首席执行官(CEO)离职数量，已创下了历史新高。

咨询公司Challenger Gray的数据显示，截至今年11月，已有多达327名美国上市公司的首席执行官宣布离职，超过了2019年创纪录的312人。

CEO走马灯式地频繁换人，也导致了首席执行官们任期时间的缩短。咨询公司Russell Reynolds的数据显示，在第三季度，有八位首席执行官在任职不到三年的情况下就离职，这是2019年以来“短命任期”首席执行官数量最多的一年。
