消息面上，据媒体报道，字节正在掀起数据中心基础设施建设浪潮，到2025年资本开支将翻倍至1600亿人民币。此外，国家数据局、中央网信办、工业和信息化部、公安部、国务院国资委近日印发《关于促进企业数据资源开发利用的意见》，从健全企业数据权益实现机制、培育企业数字化竞争力、赋能产业转型升级、服务经济社会高质量发展、营造开放透明可预期的发展环境五个方面作出具体部署。
华西证券指出，伴随AI智能算力需求的提升以及运营商和互联网Capex向智算中心偏重，以及国家政策推动强化算力集群布局，大型、超大型算力枢纽节点的数据中心有望加速建设整合，相关受益公司包括万国数据等。中金则指出，2025年随着AI的推动，看好数据中心修复趋势的进一步加强。另外，快速交付工程能力、电力、区位匹配度或成为数据中心的核心竞争要素。
