公司于2024年12月27日收到上海国投公司出具的《关于以上海电气股份参与申购证券投资基金份额的告知函》，为支持上海国资国企改革，进一步优化上市公司股权结构，上海国投公司拟于2024年12月27日起15个交易日后的2个月内将持有的公司部分股份参与换购中证上海国企交易型开放式指数证券投资基金份额。本次换购股份来源为以无偿划转方式取得的公司A股股份，换购价格根据市场价格确定。
