新浪科技讯 12月27日晚间消息，嘉实京东仓储基础设施REIT（基金代码：508098）发布公告，京东集团创始人、董事局主席刘强东作为基金原始权益人之一致行动人，基于对基金及物流基础设施项目未来发展前景的信心和长期投资价值的认可，自公告之日起24个月内通过二级市场买入或交易所认可的其他方式增持基金份额，增持金额不超过1亿元。

　　嘉实京东仓储REIT于2023年2月8日在上海证券交易所上市，是首只民企仓储物流REIT，其底层资产包括京东集团位于廊坊、武汉和重庆的三处物流园区，合计建筑面积约35.1万平方米，均系稀缺的高标仓。

　　2009年刘强东曾指出，京东建设物流体系的终极梦想就是为了助力中国的社会化物流成本从超过18%降低到6%-8%。高效的物流体系不仅连接着生产和消费，还为全行业提供服务的标准，最终和全社会一起为降低社会物流总成本而贡献价值，让实体产业都能持续受益。（闫妍）
