Grove Collaborative Holdings said executive chair and co-founder Stuart Landesberg would become a non-employee board member, marking his second resignation from an executive post at Grove in the last two years.

The San Francisco maker of environmentally friendly cleaning products said in a regulatory filing that Landesberg would step down as executive chair effective Feb. 17. Landesberg in August 2023 left his post as chief executive of the company after serving in the role for over a decade.

Grove also said Chief Technology Officer Chris Clark's employment would be terminated, effective Feb. 16.
