智通财经APP讯，迈科管业(01553)发布公告，于2024年12月30日联交所交易时段后，济南迈科(公司的间接全资附属公司)(作为卖方)与玫德(作为买方)订立股权转让协议，据此，济南迈科有条件同意出售，而玫德有条件同意收购出售股份，相当于迈科智能的全部股权，总代价为人民币4500万元。完成出售事项后，迈科智能将不再为集团的附属公司。因此，其财务业绩将不再合并入集团的财务报表中。
公告称，出售事项乃根据集团的整体战略规划进行。董事会认为，出售事项将优化集团的资源分配，增强集团的现金流量，并将透过出售非核心资产有助于提升集团的营运资金。出售事项将不会对集团的核心业务及运营产生重大影响。
