　　COOL LINK发布公告，于2024年12月27日（交易时段后），集团与赣州足梦思体育用品有限公司订立谅解备忘录，内容有关潜在战略合作计划。潜在合作计划的实施细节须待订约方订立进一步的正式协议后，方可作实。

　　根据谅解备忘录，公司与赣州足梦思共同同意推动双方建立全面合作伙伴关系，以实现优势互补、互利共赢。双方将共同合作开发中国及海外的业务。
