犀牛之星讯，12月30日消息，创新层企业奥立思特 发布公告，2024年12月26日，申万宏源承销保荐向中国证券监督管理委员会江苏监管局报送了向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市辅导备案申请文件，辅导机构为申万宏源承销保荐。

犀牛之星APP显示，奥立思特从事微特电机与办公设备的生产、研发与销售。业绩方面，2023年公司实现营业收入5.39亿元，归母净利为5280.95万元。
