12月30日，融创房地产集团有限公司（以下简称“融创”）发布公告，PR融创01债券重组获持有人会议表决通过。至此，融创此次整体重组的十只境内债中，已有七只债券重组表决通过。
据了解，PR融创01债券发行于2020年4月，目前余额28.8亿元，是融创境内债重组中单笔金额最高的债券之一，它的投票进展也一直最被外界关注。此番，PR融创01债券通过重组表决，是融创境内债重组道路上的重要突破，整体重组的十只债券也已通过七只，成功在望。
对于剩下的3只债券，融创将投票表决调整至2025年1月3日。
