智通财经APP讯，华润医疗(01515)发布公告，于2024年12月30日，本公司与华润数字科技订立商务旅游服务框架协议，华润数字科技集团已同意向本集团提供若干项商务旅游服务，期限由2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止。
本集团雇员出差不时需要商务旅行服务，因此全年对相关商务旅行服务的需求较高。透过签订商务旅游服务框架协议，本集团将能够集中雇员的预订需求，透过利用华润数字科技集团的平台向独立第三方服务提供商、旅行代理及/或其他代理商购买服务。预计透过该平台进行的团购或大宗采购可为本集团的商务旅行需求提供更具竞争力的价格。此举亦将有助于精简本集团雇员的预订流程，从而降低本集团的整体管理成本。此外，相信华润数科集团提供的线上平台可为本集团提供稳定、可靠及实惠的商务旅行服务。根据商务旅游服务框架协议，本集团毋需自华润数科集团独家采购商务旅行服务。
