智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股普遍走低，截至发稿，海底捞(06862)跌5.12%，报15.56港元；特海国际(09658)跌4.04%，报21.4港元；九毛九(09922)跌3.18%，报3.35港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)跌2.94%，报0.99港元。
高盛研报指出，11月餐饮业同店销售额持续疲软，需求波动。关于政策刺激方面，该行看到更多城市/省份推出了餐饮消费券，但是，该行认为影响因品牌和地区而异，且该行覆盖的公司普遍尚未看到明显的提振效果。该行指，海底捞11月平均翻台率同比略有下降，但该行认为考虑到相较于10月更高的基数以及需求的波动性，这样的表现还算稳健。另外，九毛九在国庆假期后的疲软态势在11月持续，这意味着10月至11月相对于疫情前的恢复水平低于第三季度。
另据报道，近期，海底捞旗下的小火锅品牌“沸派·甄鲜小火锅”开始营业，品牌以旋转自助式的一人食小火锅为特色，主打性价比，锅底9块9，素菜碟2元，肉碟6元，小料免费。值得一提的是，呷哺呷哺、八合里、巴奴等大牌也几乎都同步开启了低价战略，火锅的降价潮已经席卷全国。
