华润医药签订2025年信息技术服务框架协议
财中社12月30日电华润医药（03320）发布公告，宣布于2024年12月30日与华润数科签订2025年信息技术服务采购框架协议，采购期限自2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日。根据协议，本集团将向华润数科采购信息技术服务，涉及的服务包括应用及系统运维服务、专项实施服务、IT基础设施和其他相关服务。
在历史采购金额方面，截至2022年及2023年12月31日止年度，本集团向华润数科的采购金额分别为1.39亿元和1.16亿元，而截至2024年9月30日止九个月的采购金额为3575万元。根据协议，建议的年度上限为2025年1.34亿元、2026年1.27亿元和2027年1.32亿元。该协议将确保本集团稳定的服务来源，支持业务发展，同时不影响与其他独立供应商的关系。
