兴业控股附属公司签1.2亿元融资租赁协议
财中社12月30日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2024年12月30日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，总金额为1.2亿元（约合1.28亿港元）。该融资租赁的期限为五年，承租人将使用并占有相关资产，绿金租赁则负责资产的所有权转让。
此次融资租赁交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司须予披露的交易。绿金租赁将根据融资租赁协议以6000万元（约6384万港元）的金额从承租人受让不附带产权负担的资产，并在融资租赁日期起的十二个月内支付该代价。租赁付款总额预计约为7126万元（约7582万港元），包括租赁本金及利息等费用，租金将在租期内每季支付。此交易预计将为公司提供稳定的收益和现金流。
