华泰证券发表报告指，思摩尔(06969.HK) 发布股权激励，授予条件挂钩市值考核，同时加热不燃烧烟(HNB)新业务进展积极，维持“买入”评级，目标价由15.42元升至15.66元。
据公司公告，公司发布修订股份计划及授出购股权公告，向公司董事会主席陈志平授予6,100万份股权。公司争取至2030年市值达最少3,000亿港元。截至上周五(27日)收盘公司市值约696亿港元，今年以来公司传统雾化板块持续修复，HNB新业务进展积极，股权激励挂钩市值考核，彰显公司发展信心，继续看好公司投资价值。
