中国青年报客户端讯（史丽 周少波 中青报·中青网记者 朱娟娟）12月30日，在湖北省宜昌市秭归县的长江边，全国内河首艘纯电动清漂船“三峡护坝1号”徐徐滑向岸边并安全下水，新船在江面激起层层浪花。

这是宜昌市践行绿色发展理念，加快推动长江大保护典范城市建设、打造“电化长江”示范区的举措之一。

“三峡护坝1号”是宜昌市第一艘“船电分离”、国内第一艘清漂兼货运的零碳运输示范船。船长82米、宽13.76米、深4米，最大设计吃水3.25米，由秭归华星船厂建造，入级中国船级社（CCS），配载4000千瓦时集装箱式电池作为动力源，设计航速18公里/小时，续航里程160公里。

据介绍，“三峡护坝1号”主要用于清理、接收和转运三峡库区水上漂浮物，非汛期可用于长江沿线干散货等大宗货物运输，预计每年可替代柴油253.4吨，减少二氧化碳排放844.3吨。

当天，宜昌市“万吨级纯电动运输船”开工，建成后主要航线为湖北荆州江陵煤港至湖北鄂州电厂码头，拓展使用场景可达重庆、宜昌、上海水域。
