消息面上，近日，算力利好消息不断。其中，上海市人民政府办公厅印发《关于人工智能“模塑申城”的实施方案》，提出到2025年底，建成世界级人工智能产业生态，力争全市智能算力规模突破100EFLOPS，形成50个左右具有显著成效的行业开放语料库示范应用成果，建设3—5个大模型创新加速孵化器，建成一批上下游协同的赋能中心和垂直模型训练场。
华西证券指出，伴随AI智能算力需求的提升以及运营商和互联网Capex向智算中心偏重，以及国家政策推动强化算力集群布局，大型、超大型算力枢纽节点的数据中心有望加速建设整合，相关受益公司包括万国数据等。中金则指出，2025年随着AI的推动，看好数据中心修复趋势的进一步加强。另外，快速交付工程能力、电力、区位匹配度或成为数据中心的核心竞争要素。
