Argus下调诺德斯特龙(JWN.US)评级至“卖出” 建议股东在私有化交易前获利了结
智通财经APP获悉，Argus将诺德斯特龙(JWN.US)的评级从“买入”下调至“卖出”，此前这家百货公司同意被诺德斯特龙家族和墨西哥百货公司El Puerto de Liverpool组成的财团收购。
Argus分析师John Eade认为，不会出现另一家出价高于诺德斯特龙家族的竞购者，并建议目前的诺德斯特龙股东获利了结，在2025年上半年交易完成之前出售股票。
此次收购将私有化诺德斯特龙。根据交易条款，诺德斯特龙家族将持有50.1%的多数股份，Liverpool将获得49.9%的股份。此次交易将向普通股股东支付24.25美元，较3月份首次传出私有化消息前的股价溢价42%。
此次收购正值诺德斯特龙在其以客户为中心的战略方面取得显著进展之际。财报显示，该公司第二财季利润和营收均有改善，数字销售额同比增长6.2%。
截至发稿，诺德斯特龙股价盘前跌0.54%，报24.08美元。
