智通财经APP讯，中国交通建设(01800)发布公告，香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)不会视成员全属单一性别的董事会达到成员多元化。鉴于中国交通建设股份有限公司(本公司)董事会成员于本公告日期均为男性，因此董事会尚未达到成员多元化。
本公司已尽最大努力物色合适的女性候选人担任董事，但根据本公司董事提名政策，提名董事需综合考虑各项因素(包括董事的年龄、文化及教育背景、专业经验及与本公司发展的契合程度等)，因此在物色合适女性董事候选人及审核其资质所需时间较长。截至本公告日期，本公司仍在积极推进女性董事候选人的提名程序，包括但不限于持续与本公司股东沟通。根据本公司的公司章程，女性董事的委任需经本公司股东会审议通过后，方为生效。本公司将持续积极推进女性董事的委任工作，预计将在董事会提名委员会确定女性董事候选人后的2个月内，于切实可行的情况下尽快召开董事会及股东会委任合适女性候选人担任本公司董事，以符合香港上市规则第13.92条的规定。
