中国金茂下属公司向福州裕诚提供不超9.21亿元借款
财中社12月31日电中国金茂（00817）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司北京亦城与建发盛高、福州裕诚及北京兆兴签订协议，向福州裕诚提供不超过9.21亿元的诚意金借款，年利率为6%。该借款用于后续标的地块的开发，福州裕诚不得将其用于与标的地块开发无关的用途。
此外，协议中还包括有条件同意收购北京兆兴36%股权的条款，股权收购需完成相关国资审批及项目公司的不动产权证书的取得。若北京亦城完成股权收购，该借款将转为股东借款，继续按照6%的年利率计息；若未能完成收购，福州裕诚需偿还全部借款本金及利息。此次交易有利于公司与福州裕诚进一步落实标的地块合作开发事宜，为公司在北京市获取优质土地资源储备奠定基础。
