智通财经APP讯，成志控股(01741)发布截至2024年9月30日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益1.44亿港元，同比减少18.86%;公司拥有人应占亏损1007万港元，同比增加469%;每股亏损1.26港仙。
公告称，集团收益减少主要由于截至2023年9月30日止年度若干大型项目已基本完工及于截至2024年9月30日止年度开工及承接的项目价值较低，令地基及地盘平整工程以及一般建筑工程及相关服务的收益贡献减少。有关减少部分被年内所承接项目数目增加而令其他建筑工程及建筑相关顾问服务的收益增加所抵销。
