中国音乐著作权协会发布消息称，腾讯音乐(01698.HK) (TME.US) 旗下酷狗音乐因未经授权使用音著协管理的音乐作品，再次被广州知识产权法院判定侵权。
截至2024年12月19日，音著协收到广州知识产权法院的二审判决书，法院驳回酷狗音乐的所有上诉请求，并维持一审原判。
