GKE (SGX:595) changed the name of its wholly owned subsidiary, Marquis Services, to GKE Marquis, with effect from Dec. 30, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary is primarily engaged in providing flammable materials warehousing, marine deliveries to shipyards, wharves, container terminals, lighterage services, freight forwarding, crating, and transportation of marine-related materials.
