丰盛生活(00331.HK) 公布，完成以1.43亿元人民币(约1.56亿港元)收购北京新域。
北京新域为经中国国家金融监督管理总局批准的全国性保险经纪公司，为中国保险行业的活跃参与者，为各行业提供从投保、理赔至风险评估及管理的广泛专业保险服务及创新解决方案。
完成后，北京新域成为一家外商独资企业及为集团间接全资附属。北京新域的财务业绩、资产及负债综合入账至集团的财务报表。
