智通财经APP讯，迈富时(02556)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，公司的间接附属公司德富时智能技术(嘉兴)有限公司(嘉兴德富时)分别与嘉兴南湖科盈股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(嘉兴南湖科盈)及上海羿图企业管理有限公司(上海羿图)订立增资协议。根据增资协议，嘉兴南湖科盈及上海羿图分别同意认购嘉兴德富时新增注册资本人民币238.1万元及人民币84.66万元，对价分别为人民币4500万元及人民币1600万元。
本次增资完成后，嘉兴德富时的注册资本将由人民币1000万元增加至人民币1322.75万元，公司并表联属实体珍岛信息技术(上海)股份有限公司(上海珍岛)、嘉兴南湖科盈及上海羿图将分别持有嘉兴德富时75.6%，18.0% 及6.4%的股权。本次增资完成后，嘉兴德富时仍为公司的间接附属公司。
