智通财经APP讯，山东黄金(01787)发布公告，山东黄金矿业股份有限公司董事会近日收到公司独立非执行董事王运敏的书面辞职报告。王运敏根据中国工程院院士兼职管理的相关规定，申请辞去公司第六届董事会独立非执行董事及战略委员会委员、审计委员会委员、提名委员会主任委员、薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。辞职后，王运敏将不再担任公司任何职务。
