智通财经APP获悉，周一，万国数据(GDS.US)盘前涨超4%，报23.24美元。消息面上，国家发改委等六部门近日发布《关于促进数据产业高质量发展的指导意见》。《意见》提出，支持企业面向人工智能应用创新，开发高质量数据集，大力发展“数据即服务”“知识即服务”“模型即服务”等新业态;大力发展第三方服务，健全数据资源价值评估服务体系，为高质量开展企业数据资源入表提供有力支撑等。
