现代牧业签订2亿元框架协议
财中社12月31日电现代牧业（01117）发布公告，宣布与爱养牛科技签订了2025年框架协议。该协议的期限为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，主要内容涉及爱养牛科技集团向现代牧业集团供应牧场物资及智能物联网软硬件，并提供配套服务。根据协议，年度上限为2亿元。
此次框架协议的签订是由于现有协议将于2024年12月31日到期，且新协议的交易最高百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需要遵守相关的上市规则。公告指出，自2024年1月1日至2024年11月30日，现代牧业与爱养牛科技的历史交易金额约为7350万元。
现代牧业与爱养牛科技的合作旨在通过集中采购降低牧场物资的购买价格，并确保提供的产品符合质量标准。爱养牛科技在行业内拥有良好的信誉和技术实力，预计将有助于现代牧业提升核心竞争力和运营效率。
