智通财经APP获悉，艾迪康控股(09860)午后涨超7%，截至发稿，涨6.46%，报6.76港元，成交额1210.94万港元。
消息面上，艾迪康控股公布，董事会决定利用购回授权在公开市场购回不多于3628.72万股股份，占已发行股份总数的约5%，购回价格最高为每股9.69港元。建议股份购回将由公司内部资源提供资金。公司将根据购回股份时的市况及其资本管理需求，随后注销购回股份或将其持作库存股。
据悉，艾迪康控股是中国三大独立医学检验实验室(ICL)之一。华创证券指出，国内ICL市场渗透率相较于国外仍有较大差距，在分级诊疗推进、医保控费压力加大、DRG/DIP付费方式改革、基层医疗建设的推动下，国内ICL行业有望进入快速发展期。此外疫情期间的应收账款持续稳定收回，24年计提应收减值有望收窄。
