【严跃进：房地产开发投资额基本上跌到了底部】金十数据12月29日讯，国家统计局最近的数据显示，1-11月，海南省房地产开发累计投资额1077.70亿元，同比增长3%，实现了由负转正。加上上海、天津和陕西三个省份，房地产开发投资正增长省份增加至4个。上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进表示，这里有一个统计的原因，因为各地房地产开发投资持续下降，基本上降到了一个历史上较低的水平，就是说经过这3年左右的调整，房地产开发投资额基本上跌到了底部，它会有复苏的可能。当然，也不是说所有省份都一起复苏，会是在一些经济较好的或者说房地产开发投资有一定量上冲劲的省市出现。因此，严跃进认为，各省市房地产开发投资跌幅收窄是必然的，1-11月全国房地产开发投资增长-10.4%，可能到明年就会持续性收窄，而且中间会有一些省份由负转正。
