Tiong Seng, Continental Steel Form Partnership For Sustainable Construction

Tiong Seng Holdings (SGX:BFI) unveiled a proposed investment under which Continental Steel will buy a 4.34% stake in Tiong Seng through the subscription of 20 million shares at SG$0.10 each.

This partnership aims to drive sustainable construction practices and innovation in Singapore's built environment sector.

Both companies plan to leverage their expertise to enhance competitiveness and improve construction efficiency, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
