格隆汇12月31日丨奇富科技-S(03660.HK)发布公告，2024年3月12日，公司董事会已批准一项股份回购计划(“2024年股份回购计划”)，据此，公司获授权可于2024年4月1日起12个月内回购其总价值不超过3.5亿美元的美国存托股或A类普通股。截至2024年12月30日，公司已基本用完2024年股份回购计划的授权价值总额。具体而言，公司已在公开市场购买合共1511.06万股美国存托股，总金额约为3.5亿美元(包括佣金)，平均价格为每股美国存托股23.14美元。根据适用规则及规例，公司拟注销所有回购股份。
2024年11月19日，公司董事会已批准一项新股份回购计划(“2025年股份回购计划”)，据此，公司获授权可于2025年1月1日起未来12个月内回购其总价值不超过4.5亿美元的美国存托股或A类普通股。视乎市况及根据所有适用规则及规例开展，股份回购可不时于公开市场按现行市价、私下磋商交易、大宗交易及╱或通过其他法律允许的方式进行，包括按《1934年美国证券交易法》(经修订)(“《交易法》”)第10b-18条及╱或第10b5-1条的规定进行。公司已根据《交易法》第10b5-1条订立交易计划，以便在公司自2025年1月2日开始的季度禁售期内根据2025年股份回购计划进行回购。
