房利美和房地美股价大涨，Ackman发帖点燃两房私有化预期
抵押贷款金融巨头房利美和房地美的股价大涨，此前Bill Ackman的一篇帖子引发了对这两家公司有望在特朗普政府下脱离联邦政府托管的乐观情绪。
房利美一度上涨24%，房地美一度上涨21%；均创下11月中旬以来最大盘中涨幅。
Ackman写道，他持有房利美和房地美的普通股超过10年，承认迄今为止并不是很好的投资，但他表示，“与历史上任何其他时期相比，今天这两家公司特别引人关注的地方在于，在相对较短的时间内，也就是在未来两年内，有可靠的途径使它们脱离托管”。
“在特朗普第一个任期内，财长姆努钦朝着这一结果采取了措施，但他没有时间了，我期待在第二任@realDonaldTrump政府中，特朗普和他的团队能完成这项工作”。
