智通财经APP讯，奇富科技-S(03660)发布公告，2024年3月12日，本公司董事会已批准一项股份回购计划(2024年股份回购计划)，本公司获授权可于2024年4月1日起12个月内回购其总价值不超过 3.5亿美元的美国存托股或A类普通股。截至2024年12月30日，本公司已基本用完 2024年股份回购计划的授权价值总额。具体而言，本公司已在公开市场购买合共 1511.06万股美国存托股，总金额为3.5亿美元(包括佣金)，平均价格为每股美国存托股23.14美元。根据适用规则及规例，本公司拟注销所有回购股份。
2024年11月19日，本公司董事会已批准一项新股份回购计划(2025年股份回购计划)，本公司获授权可于2025年1月1日起未来12个月内回购其总价值不超过4.5亿美元的美国存托股或A类普通股。
