Major digital assets were firmer Monday with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) trading above the $94,000 level.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks 126 digital assets, rose 1.3% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 and the S&P 500 were down 0.9% each in late trading, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 0.7%.
Bitcoin climbed 0.7% to $94,277, with its 24-hour trading volume more than doubling to $54.56 billion, according to CoinMarketCap data.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, was up 1.4% at $3,396.
XRP (XRP-USD) dipped 0.8%, while BNB (BNB-USD) gained 2.1% and Solana (SOL-USD) added 1.6%.
Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) was 1.8% higher and Cardano (ADA-USD) rose 1.5%.
The US 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.543%, easing from Friday's close of 4.619%, while the five-year yield dropped to 4.37% from 4.537%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry increased 0.9% in the past 24 hours to $3.3 trillion, while the total 24-hour trading volume surged 67.9% to $136.04 billion.
