1553 ET [Dow Jones]--Deckers Outdoor will likely deliver lower future stock returns, but current indicators for UGG and Hoka support Baird's favorable view on the company, the analysts say. So far, the top-line growth profile of the conglomerate of footwear brands is best in class among publicly traded companies in the sector driven by Hoka's breakthrough with runners and lifestyle consumers, and the reinvention of UGG, ranking behind only On Holdings and Birkenstock, the analysts say. "When looking on a longer-term horizon, we think On, Amer Sports, Crocs, Boot Barn, and Peloton have multi-bagger potential, while the jury is still out on other turnarounds," the analysts add.
