智通财经APP讯，徽商银行(03698)发布公告，在执行完该行2024年度审计工作后，安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)及安永会计师事务所(统称“安永”)已连续8年为该行提供审计服务，达到有关规定最长连续聘用会计师事务所的年限。2025年度，该行须变更外部审计机构。
根据公开招标评聘结果并经董事会审计委员会及董事会审议通过，董事会建议聘请毕马威华振会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)担任该行2025年度境内审计的外部审计机构，聘请毕马威会计师事务所担任该行2025年度境外审计机构，任期自该行股东大会通过之日起至该行2025年股东周年大会结束之日止。
