当代置业(01107.HK) 公布，根据规管2023年新票据及2024年票据的契约，该等优先票据的所有未偿还本金额及其任何应计但未支付的利息将分别于2024年12月28日及2024年12月30日到期。目前2023年新票据及2024年票据的未偿还本金额分别为8,952万美元及2.06亿美元。此外，2025年票据、2026年票据及2027年票据各自应于2024年12月30日付息日支付现金利息。
公司指，由于中国房地产行业环境的不利影响引致集团的流动资金问题，2023年新票据及2024年票据的本金额及其应计但未支付的利息以及2025年票据、2026年票据及2027年票据的现金利息的偿还安排均未能于各到期日达成。
