　　英国竞争与市场管理局（CMA）周一（12月30日）发布声明称，将对IBM收购软件公司HashiCorp的交易启动反垄断调查，以查明该交易是否会大幅削弱英国市场竞争。

　　CMA邀请利益相关方在明年1月16日前就该交易发表意见。该机构将在明年2月25日之前做出第一阶段决定。

　　今年4月，IBM宣布将以每股35美元现金收购软件公司HashiCorp，该出价将后者市值定为64亿美元。
