智通财经APP讯，卓尔智联(02098)发布公告，根据卖方D与独立第三方买家于2024年12月20日订立的协议，卖方D经考虑当时持续的市况(包括公司股份市价及成交量)后，将合共6667.76万股未解除代价股份按每股0.25港元出售予上述独立第三方买家。交易已于2024年12月30日完成。自销售收取的所得款项已交回买方作为买方遭受损失的补偿。
